Introduction

This FAQ function in Le Soleil Fleurie aims to provide you a guide on how to use the various functions of the website, including the prerequisites to note for each function.

Installation Structures

The use of Le Soleil Fleurie website may require you to have to install the "Adobe Flash Player" software. After installing this software, you are able to see the flash animations of Le Soleil Fleurie website.

Step 1: Click the gold bar at the top of the browser window
Step 2: Click "Install ActiveX Control"

Registration and Login

Register:
Step 1: On the side menu, click
Step 2: Choose to register as an individual or a corporate member
Step 3: Fill up all the mandatory fields   or to start registering all over again
Step 4: Log on to your email address to activate your account

Login: (Members only, for non-member user, you need go to register first.)
Step 1: On the side menu, click  
Step 2: Type your username and password to
Step 3: The link Forgot your password helps to retrieve your password via your username and email address.

Corporate / Individual Enquiry

Step 1: Select the products in the corporate product or latest product page   product details page or                previous page for other products
Step 2: The minimum ordering quantity is 100 except thumb drives.
Step 3: Click    Enquiry Bag page or   Enquiry Details page or  to             refer Le Soleil Fleurie
Step 4: In the Enquiry Bag page, you may change the minimum ordering quantity and or                 if uninterested
Step 5: Click    Confirm Enquiry Bag page for the confirmation of your orders and particulars or                 Enquiry Bag page

User Updates after signing up and logging in as a member

Change Password:
Step 1: On the side menu, click  
Step 2: Click on
Step 3: Type a new password, confirm your new password and click or to enter again or                User Updates page

Update Details:
Step 1: On the side menu, click  
Step 2: Edit your personal information (except user name) and click or to enter again or               User Updates page

Testimonials and Feedback:

Testimonials:

Step 1: On the side menu, click
Step 2: Choose to or
Step 3: Adding a testimonial requires you to register with Le Soleil Fleurie and log in as a member first.

Feedback:

Step 1: On the side menu, click
Step 2: Fill up all the mandatory fields and click or to enter again

Troubleshooting

7.1 Why can't you register?

Firstly, the mandatory fields have not been filled up or the required format for a particular field is incorrect.
Example 1: You did not type your username, an alert message will prompt that you to enter your username in order to complete the registration. Example 2: Your password is less than six characters, an alert message will prompt you to enter a password at least six characters long.

7.2 Why can't you register some usernames?

This is because some usernames may be already taken up in the website. Therefore, you need to choose other alternatives to register successfully.

7.3 Why can't you enquire any product?

This is because you are not a member of Le Soleil Fleurie, you should register and log in first (See main point 3).

7.4 Why can't you enquire any retail and latest retail products after being a member?

This is because only the corporate and latest corporate products can be enquired. Providing the retail and latest retail products in the website is to inform and give you some ideas what the retail and latest retail products Le Soleil Fleurie have. You may visit the showroom of Le Soleil Fleurie for these retail products.

7.5 What is the difference between feedback and testimonials?

The difference between feedback and testimonials is that feedback will only be read by Le Soleil Fleurie while testimonials are open to all the users, however upon approval, allowing users to know what the other users feel about the website.

7.6 Why can't you enquire the quantity of products you want?

Le Soleil Fleurie has his own minimum order quantity on the corporate products. An error message will be prompt if you do so(See main point 4 step 2).

7.7 Why can't you enquire the same product again?

The product enquired earlier on already exists in the Enquiry Bag so you need not enquire the product again, instead you may just click to go to the Enquiry Bag page to increase the quantity enquired.
